It's me again. . . And I'm back!
A lot has happened in the last two or three weeks. Or maybe even longer. . .
One: We DID in fact have to move. Luckily we were able to scramble and find another house. Cheaper rent, nicer landlord AND the house is a little bit bigger than the last.
Things are looking up.
Unfortunately? We had to put Kaylee in a new school. She has been having a rough time adjusting.
Her new school is WAY bigger than her old school. Every day last week she started her day in tears.
I came home in tears.
Not good for any of us.
But so far this week? There have been no tears. Hopefully we are finding a routine that makes her comfortable.
Cross your fingers.
Another change? We finally got a "newer to us" vehicle!
YAY! We now have a 96 Ford Explorer.
The tow company that we dispatch for has an auction every other week. . . So we got this truck at a very reasonable price.
Which is good because we really needed a new vehicle.
While my last post was all negative Nelly and I was telling 2012 "Hasta la vista, baby", it has turned around nicely.
I am not a big fan of change. At all.
But I feel good things coming with the changes that have started already.
